At Whalen & Associates, we represent clients in all immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa applications for professional workers, investors, athletes, entertainers, traders and intra-company transferees; family and employment-based immigrant visa petitions; and asylum, cancellation of removal and other deportation defenses. In response to the needs of our clients, we also handle cases in business law and estate planning. The past few years have been a period of constant change in the immigration laws, mostly to the detriment of people seeking to establish a new life in America. Today's immigration cases demand an attorney's unrelenting commitment to understanding every change in the law.
No one can predict when Congress will decide to change the immigration laws again. No one can guarantee how the laws will be changed in the future. We at Whalen & Associates, however, can guarantee that we will continue to stay abreast of new developments in immigration law, thereby assuring our clients that their case is in good hands. In this day and age, immigration law demands this type of commitment. Attorneys who rely on pre-September 11, 2001 victories and bravado to impress the public will be left very far behind in the new millennium of immigration law. We plan to be around for a long time. |
