Success on H1B1 Visa
The Law Office recently was granted another H1B1 Visa for a Farm who hired a Chilean national. Chilean agricultural schools are superior to those in the U.S. currently and many farms in the U.S. are discovering that for the newest techniques in farming its best to try to hire a Chilean educated agronomist. Remember that H1B1 Visa is not subject to the same cap for H1Bs, and thus there are still many visas left this year.
